You will require a small bowl that will be used for preparation of spicy dry rubs used with tuna steaks. In this bowl, put mustard powder, lemon pepper seasoning, coriander and 3 salt shakes. This mixture is supposed to be rubbed on the pieces of steak until they are all well attached. Take the broiler pan and place it on heat. Add oil on it.
